Additional and Specific Training
Additional and specific training can be done as needed on the following topics and lean principles and can be a focus for specific areas. 5S and Cell layout are common events and use the other principles as part of their implementation. All training is done using the Train the Trainer methodology to make sure that concepts and tools are deployed properly and are tailored to meet the needs of your company. Usual team size is 5-6 people. Timeframe 4 hrs - 3 days depending on the topic and your needs.
